5th International VirtualPaintShop Users' Meeting CC Leipzig

More than 20 attendees attended the 5th International VirtualPaintShop® Users' Meeting hosted by CADFEM GmbH, Germany, developer and provider of VPS, the modular software for virtual painting.

This year the 5th International VirtualPaintShop® Users' Meeting was integrated in the ANSYS Conference and 27th CADFEM Users' Meeting (www.usersmeeting.com).

The two-day event opened on Thursday, November 19th, 2009 right after lunch with a general status update on VPS. Customer presentations, as of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Volkswagen AG, AUDI AG, and BMW AG completed the agenda of the first day. The day concluded with a social activity that is the watermark of all “ANSYS Conferences & CADFEM Users’ Meetings”.

The second day of the 5th International VirtualPaintShop® Users’ Meeting included workshops and live demonstrations of the new aspects of VPS conducted by the program developers.

In recent years the VirtualPaintShop® Users’ Meeting has become one of the industrial paint industries ‘must see’ events. Essential for companies involved in the simulation of automotive painting, the meeting offers those in attendance the chance to meet other users, developers and many industry experts.
